Have you ever considered why one photograph is better than the other? The same geography, the same people, the same light, but one is better than the other. Why? Because, the difference lies in the hand of the one who clicks it. A professional photographer would instantly know the subject of his frame and highlight it to bring out his subject to the forefront in maximum. And a subject can only be highlighted properly, when you choose a simple and clear lay out than a cluttered one. When you attempt landscape photography, it’s a must that you engage in captivating all the necessary features surrounding that area than just clicking away. Choosing a complicated lay out will distract your audience from your subject and also mask it.

Having taught myself these tricks, I would ask every budding landscape photographer to bear in mind the essence of seeking a clear background. The background for pictures must always be rather plain and simple, but yet, well composed. It should compliment the person in focus. It is that beauty in capturing the emotions and expressions of the person in focus that brings out the true marvel in pictures. It may not be an easy task of sorts, but then again, that’s what would bring in the difference between good and excellent landscape photographers.

Pictures in landscape photography that are accompanied by a lot of clutter are always not given their worth. Human tendency is to get distracted within a fraction of a second, which does not let the photograph get its real appreciation. It is crystal clear backdrop that brings out the beauty in landscape as well as the person being focused on.

Landscape photography may not be a piece of cake, but getting the exact shot and tone, to circle in on the main individual in pictures is not impossible. Try to avoid too many objects in your view and look for plain and clear layouts o bring out the best in your pictures. Simplicity is often difficult to portray. In photography that’s the catch.
